Pathetic and Horrible experience. Never never book this hotel

Stayed in Jetty Grand for one day, booked through Yatra.com. Here are the details of horrible experience: 1. At reception scanner is not working, they will take your Addhar Card and keep it for 4 hours to get that photocopied from out side. I had to tell them "Take a photo of my Aadhar Card and keep it for record" . Don't have basic common sense. 2. Room had a sipage and walls are totally damaged, putty is coming out. You can see the damp all across the room. 2. Electric Kettle were not cleaned and filled with Jira (Cumin Seeds), that means last guest used that and it was never cleaned. Maintenance are extremely poor. 3. Masks from pervious guests were lying on the Almira. Just imagine how much risky it was to stay in that hotel. 4. Stayed in 2nd Floor. No light on the 2nd Floor and you need ON your MObile Torch to go through the passage. 5. Next day morning was enquiring for breakfast and found a CAT is sucking the plates, cups and utensils at the kitchen. 6. While checking out Front Desk said we did not have a confirm booking even after I we have given Yatra Confirmation Booking ID and also forwarded the confirmation email to Jetty Grand. They said internet is down at hotel so there is a delay is receiving the email (I mean are we living in stone ages) There is no way I could give a negative marking otherwise I would have given that.

Rooms are in bad shape. Linen are not the best. The tiles are broken too. The wash rooms in the rooms are in bad shape. Once you get there you will want to get out of there. It's a nightmare to be there. The food had to come from out as the hotel kitchen was closed. A lot of cockroaches around.

One if the best hotel at Rajahmundry, around 3 Kms from Railway station. Decent rooms , clean linen. Suggest to provide water bottle. WiFi is free, did not check on it. For online bookings, 12 to 12. They don't have in house restaurant, provide food from outside. Lots of eataries outside. Parking at cellar. Bathrooms can be used by disabld people also.

My room is not cleaned problem when i checked in. Asked them to clean. Staff are too money minded. Asking money for each and every work. Not with the food either. Waiters are too rude when asked for the status of food which showed irresponsibility.

I had been here before. I felt terrible for the money I had spent here to stay. I forced the management to change my room as the bed is too filthy but the room is well cleaned but the dustbin hasn't been emptied. AC filters got choked. I'm a marine engineer by profession so I could identify it. Restrooms are kind of satisfying, Talking about the food, it's equal to one which we usually get by the road. Seriously, didn't expect the quality to be this kind. Plates, Oh my word, they just clean with water and wipe with the cloth to dry em', and yeah the plates are foul smelled. I guess, the one's reading this review got the big picture of how everything is working here. I don't guess this hotel doesn't need the customer satisfaction. All they need is money. Food is highly priced.
